About Proposal Planner

A proposal only happens once, and Bali offers extraordinary places to ask: a quiet beach at sunset, a cliff above the Indian Ocean, a private villa lit with candles or a pool covered in flowers. We plan the moment with you and help keep it a secret until the very last second.

How we plan it

  • A planning chat about your story, your partner and the feeling you want
  • Location and timing ideas that fit the season, the sunset time and your schedule
  • A styled setup — flowers, candles or lanterns, a MARRY ME sign, a petal path or a flower pool
  • A simple timeline so you know exactly when and where to arrive

Optional extras

We can help you arrange a photographer or videographer, a musician, a cake, a bottle for the toast or a private dinner afterwards. These are booked separately, and every cost is confirmed before you pay.

Locations and permissions

Public beaches are shared spaces, so we choose quieter spots and times. Cliff-top venues, beach clubs and restaurants often charge a venue fee or minimum spend, and popular dates book up early — we tell you what applies before you decide. At a villa, we only need the villa’s permission and a way in while you are both out.

Good to know

  • Book two to three weeks ahead if you can, especially for sunset dates in the dry season.
  • Every outdoor proposal has a weather plan: a covered or indoor alternative agreed in advance.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram — we’re happy to help.

How far in advance should we book?

For flower pools, flower baths and bouquets, two to five days ahead is ideal; for proposals and parties, two to three weeks gives us time to plan properly. July, August and the Christmas and New Year period book up early. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible, so message us to check.

Which areas of Bali do you cover?

We work across Bali, including Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Sanur and Ubud. Locations farther away, such as Amed or Lovina, are possible on request, with any travel fee shown in your quote before you book.

How long do the flowers stay fresh?

On the water, flowers look their best for a few hours in Bali’s heat, so we set up shortly before your moment and collect them afterwards. Bouquets last several days in fresh water out of direct sun, and tropical flowers usually last longer than roses.

Will the flowers damage our pool or its filter?

No. We use fresh, natural flowers, keep them away from the skimmers during setup and collect them afterwards, so your pool stays clean. If your villa has its own pool rules, tell us and we’ll follow them.

Do we need permission from our hotel or villa?

Yes. Most villas and hotels allow flowers in the pool, candles and decorations with the booking guest’s approval, and some charge a decoration or vendor fee. Arranging permission and paying any venue fees is your responsibility, but we’re happy to help with the request and to coordinate access times with the staff.

How do the deposit and payment work?

Once you’re happy with your quote, a 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is paid on the day — before our team leaves the venue for setups and events, or on delivery for bouquets. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and payment details are shared in chat; there is no payment on this website.

Can we change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Changes to the date, design or guest numbers are possible, subject to availability, and refunds on cancellation depend on how much notice you give. The full policy is on our Terms & Conditions page.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Flower pools and villa setups go ahead in light rain; for beach and garden setups we agree a weather plan when you book — a covered area, an indoor setup or another date — and decide together a few hours before setup. If heavy rain or strong wind makes a setup unsafe, you can move to the backup or change the date once at no extra charge, subject to availability; fresh flowers already bought may be charged at cost.

Can we combine services, for example a flower pool with a dinner?

Yes — many bookings combine two or three services: a flower pool with a floating breakfast, a proposal setup followed by a private dinner, or a bouquet delivered before a birthday party. Tell us the whole plan and we’ll send one quote for everything.

Which languages do you speak?

We chat in English and Indonesian. This website can be translated with the language button at the bottom of the page, and you’re welcome to message us in your own language — we’ll do our best to reply clearly.
